About Monserrat Galapagos Expeditions

Monserrat is named after the Virgin of Montserrat, patroness of Catalonia in Spain. For centuries, sailors worldwide have adopted her as their loyal companion and have revered her as their protector through their journeys at sea. Our yacht proudly carries her name as an amulet for both our sailors and guests.

Through our commitment to personalized service and attention to detail, Monserrat Galapagos Expeditions aims to create the perfect setting for an unforgettable experience on the enchanted islands.

Galapagos cruise for 5 days on Montserrat

We sailed from San Cristobal to Espanola, Floreana and then Santa Cruz on the Monserrat Yatch. The cruise involves viewing wildlife, visiting beaches and walks on the islands which was particularly great in May as the birds were nesting. We saw the waved albatross and Galápagos penguin. There were lots of snorkelling opportunities and they were brilliant with beginners like us. The itinerary was well paced, with early morning starts, and siesta time before the afternoon activity. The food was surprisingly good. Milton our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Galápagos Islands aboard the Monserrat

This was a tremendous trip for us. We were on the boat for 3 nights and 4 days. The wildlife and the snorkelling was amazing. Like other trips in this area, breakfast 7.30 and then off for a half day excursion . Back for lunch and then away again either snorkelling or walking on the Islands. So many photo opportunities! The guides are knowledgeable and friendly.
